1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders and service bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase or reservation unless otherwise stated.

  • Once an order or booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or receipt.

2. Cancellations

  • Products (Before Shipment): Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the item has not shipped.

  • Services (Booked Appointments): Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, or failure to attend, may result in forfeiture of payment.

3. RefundsProducts:

  • Refunds are available if items are returned in unused, original condition within [X days] of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

  • Services: Refunds for services will only be issued if canceled within the 48-hour cancellation window. Once a service has been completed, it is non-refundable.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, downloadable digital products, promotional/discounted items, and deposits marked as “non-refundable” at booking.

4. Exchanges & Replacements
