Products (Before Shipment): Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the item has not shipped.

Services (Booked Appointments): Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, or failure to attend, may result in forfeiture of payment.
